Pay an invoice

There are a number of ways you can pay your invoice. Please note that for regular collection services we invoice our customers every four weeks in arrears.

Ways to pay invoice

Direct debit

For customers receiving a regular collection service, Direct Debit is the easiest and most convenient way to pay your invoice.  Just contact us to set one up.

Online payments

To make a payment online using either a debit or credit card, please visit our secure online payment service (opens new window) and select Customer Accounts. Please make sure you have your invoice number ready.

By telephone

Call our 24-hour payment line on 01243 534880 to make a payment using either a debit or credit card. Please make sure you have your invoice number and card details ready and follow the automated instructions.

Telephone banking or BACS

Please refer to the details available on the back of your invoice.

Sign up to paperless billing

Many of our customers receive invoices via email instead of a traditional paper copy. This saves time, is more secure and helps reduce the impact on the environment. If you would like to sign up to this service simply contact us and a member of the team will ensure future invoices are sent to your chosen email address.
