How soon should I start planning my event waste services?
Once you know the date of your event, it's best to get in touch with our event waste management team as soon as possible. Our experts can provide you with practical advice and waste management solutions and discuss your ideas to help make your event greener and save you money.
Will you monitor waste at my event to make sure bins are changed if required?
Based on our years of experience, we have a good understanding of the number and size of bins required for different sized events. We also recognise that the positioning of bins makes a real difference to ensuring you have enough capacity at site during the event, for example at food outlets. For larger events we also have on site teams who will ensure changes are made as quickly as possible and as we are locally based, we are on hand for any unplanned changes.
How soon will you need access to my event site?
This depends on the size and day of the event, however typically we deliver bins two days in advance. As part of our early engagement with you, we will establish bin delivery and collections that will work around your event access times.
Are the bins cleaned before arriving at the event?
Absolutely. We ensure that our bins are provided to every event in brand new condition. Should you require your bins cleaned or swapped out during an event we can also arrange this for you.
